EARLY ACCESS: If you're interested in using this feature and you're on the Enterprise plan, feel free to reach out to your success manager who will activate this for you.

You are now able to increase reach of your content directly from Publitas. With direct integrations with affiliate partners in various regions, your Publitas content can be automatically shared with affiliate channels and published at the time you schedule for your publications to go live.

How to share publications with affiliate channels

  1. Navigate to group settings and select Affiliates.
  2. Switch the toggle for each affiliate channel you wish to share your publications with.
  3. Once complete, click Update affiliate settings.

From this moment on, your publication content will be shared automatically over API with those affiliate channels.

Which publications are shared

When the affiliate sharing is enabled, the publications with the following criteria will be shared over API:

  • Publications that are already live, marked as Public in Publitas.
  • Publications that are not yet live, marked as Offline in Publitas, but have a scheduled date to become Public.

This way, you can manage when publications are shared with affiliate channels, including the scheduled dates, so that they can be published at the same time on the affiliate channel's websites and apps.

Unlisted publications are not shared with affiliate channels.

Tips

  • Before sharing your content with an affiliate channel, please contact the sales representative from your preferred affiliate to ensure the content will be automatically synced.
  • You can opt out of sharing the content at any moment. From the moment you turn off sharing, the content will no longer be available over API to that specific affiliate channel.
  • You can make sure traffic generated through affiliate channels is attributed properly by applying custom campaign parameters for each channel.
