If you wish to cancel your subscription, contact support at any time before the renewal date and we will process the cancellation for you.
The cancellation will be in effect once the ongoing billing period ends. This means that you will still have access to the account and your publications until the last day of the period that has been paid (detailed in your most recent invoice).
Other points to keep in mind:
- Cancelling your plan means that your account will be deactivated and closed at the end of the ongoing billing period.
- Any publications in your account will no longer be available to you or the audience you shared them with from the moment the account is deactivated.
- No future charges will be made to your credit card.
