[Managing your account](https://support.publitas.com/account?hsLang=en#managing-your-account) # Changing your Publitas account ownership If the current owner is no longer with your company or not available, and you know the account login details, you can login at [app.publitas.com](https://app.publitas.com/) and change the profile details by clicking on the initials at the top-right corner of the dashboard. *Updating the user login details: ![54](https://support.publitas.com/hs-fs/hubfs/54.png?width=542&height=522&name=54.png)* If you are having trouble accessing the account, but know an email address that it is associated with and you have access to that email account, you can [trigger a password reset email](https://support.publitas.com/resetting-your-password?hsLang=en) by going to [https://app.publitas.com/forgotten\_password](https://app.publitas.com/forgotten_password) If you don't have the required credentials to do this, we can change ownership of the account for you following a quick security measure. You will need to submit a written request to [support@publitas.com](mailto:support@publitas.com), in the form of a PDF, including - The name and email address of the previous account owner - The name and email address of the new account owner - The last four digits of the credit card number on file The information should be in a letter on your company letterhead, signed by a manager at your organization.
