The Undo/Redo feature in Publitas Editor allows you to easily reverse or replay your actions, enhancing your editing efficiency and giving you the freedom to experiment with your digital publications. This powerful tool is available for all actions taken in the hotspot Editor, from PDF tagging to creating dynamic layouts and styling text.

How it works:

  1. Locate the Undo/Redo buttons: look for two curved arrows in the lower left corner of the Publitas Editor.

  2. Click the Undo button (left-pointing arrow) to reverse your most recent action. You can click multiple times to undo several actions in sequence. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+Z in Mac and Ctrl+Z in Windows.
  3. If you've undone an action and want to reapply it, click the Redo button (right-pointing arrow). You can redo multiple actions that have been undone. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+Shift+Z in Mac and Ctrl+Y in Windows.
