# Supported Feed Attributes

## This article lists required and optional product fields for Publitas, with formats and tips to improve publication quality.

Below is an overview of all attributes Publitas imports from Product Feeds, the requirements and where each attribute can be used.

- Confirm your export format (TSV/XML)
- Include all required fields; add recommended fields for better quality.

    - Format: digits only; one per variant
    - Accepted: UPC‑A (12), EAN‑13 (13), GTIN‑14 (14)
    - Examples: 012345678905 (UPC‑A), 4006381333931 (EAN‑13)
- Brand 
    - Example: Acme Apparel
- Google Product Category 
    - Example: Apparel \> Men \> T‑Shirts
- Description 
    - Example (concise, plain text): 100% cotton crew neck. Machine washable.
- Custom label

### Validation & troubleshooting

- Mismatched types (e.g., text in Price): convert to the correct format in source
- Missing images: ensure Image URL is public and stable
- Category discrepancies: use consistent taxonomy to improve publication placement
- GTIN with spaces/hyphens: strip non‑digits before export
