Have a lot of content on the page that overlaps or should stack one on top of the other? Use positioning feature in Publitas Editor to select which content elements need to be brought forward or pushed backwards.
How to create use positioning
Positioning options are simple and straightforward:
- Select a hotspot
- Click Bring Forward to move the selected hotspot to the top layer, or click Send to back to move the selected hotspot to the bottom layer.
- Arranging layers for 3 or more hotspots requires adjusting position for each of them.
A few additional notes:
- Positioning is available for all visible hotspots: dynamic and generated products, images, text, slideshow, and video.
- For video hotspots, positioning is only available for the Animated Content appearance settings, as Embedded video will always be in the top layer, fully visible. Meanwhile, Animated Content appearance settings allow using videos as animated backgrounds behind other hotspots.
