If you're a B2B company, you can use the Favorites feature to generate more leads through your online catalogs. Visitors will be able to compile a list of products they are interested in which they can send to the sales representative who can then provide them with a quote.

How it works
With the option enabled, the products will show the option to save the product in the favorites list. The list is found and updated in the Reader's menu. Here, visitors can change the quantity of each product, delete products and send the final list to their the sales representative via email or Whatsapp.
Products are stored in the favorites list based on their Product ID
When adding product details to your hotspots manually, make sure to also submit
a unique Product ID for each product created this way
Product IDs can be re-used as long as they are assigned to the same product
Requesting a quote:
Enabling the feature
- Enable the option in the Menu Items tab of the Publitas Reader settings:
- Select the type of icon that fits your brand using the dropdown:
Heart: Bookmark: Star: - Activate the Sales request form option and enter the email address where you wish to receive the quote requests.
- (Optional) Add the phone number to enable the Whatsapp option. Make sure to use the internal prefix without the leading + or zeros. For example, a US phone number like +1 9876542190 can be added as 19876542190.
- (Optional) Customize the feature by submitting your own title, call to action text and/or the confirmation message.
What the email looks like
For each submitted request an email is sent to the sales representative as well as the requester. The email contains the list of selected products including the titles, prices, quantities and a link to product detail pages. The email address of the requester and a link to the online publication are also present.

If you have uploaded your company's logo, it will be added at the top of the email. The top portion of the email's background will use the color set for Product hotspot's call to action button. Both the logo and the color options are available in the Colors & Branding tab of the Publication Reader menu.

TIP: To change the publication name, used in the subject and body of the email, you can enter a custom SEO Title in the publication's settings.
What the Whatsapp message looks like
If the favorites list is shared with the sales representative via Whatsapp, the following message will be generated to send to the configured phone number:
Hello! Here is a list of my favorite products from DEMO - Outdoor 2021. ---------------------------- Thank you. |
The generated message contains the publication title, the product titles, selected quantities, prices and SKUs. The publication title can be updated by setting a custom SEO Title.
NOTE: Users are able to update the message before sending it.
