How to protect your Publitas account

Use Strong Passwords
A strong password is at least 8 characters long. It should contain a mix of: UPPER & lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.

Use a Password Manager
A password manager helps you to securely save passwords. Because of that, you can use complex passwords you would otherwise not be able to remember!

Never share accounts. Create new Publitas accounts for each individual user (Enterprise Only). A shared login can make it impossible to pinpoint fault. In fact, shared login credentials are a huge security risk in itself.

Review your active Publitas accounts on a regular basisEnsure only those who need access to Publitas have user accounts. Check if the correct people have the correct permissions. Only assign Administrator rights when essential.

Avoid login using public WiFi networksWorking on a public WiFi network? Be aware that your connection may not be secure. This is an easy opportunity for attackers to "snoop" on you, stealing your data. For this reason, Our advice is to only use your Publitas account when connected to a work or home WiFi network.
