Each hotspot click is tracked as an event. As such, you can find the number of clicks per type of hotspot at Behaviour > Events > Top Events. In this list you'll find both hotspots as hotspots with icons listed.
external links (Link Hotspots)
If you select the event category hotspots (with icons) and then click on the event action external links you will see the list of URLs that the hotspots sent traffic to.
products (Product Hotspots)
Clicking on a Product hotspot opens a popup window with more product details. Clicking on the event action products wilI show you in which publications the product popups loaded. To find out how much traffic the Product hotspots generated to your site look up the event category products and select the event action call to action.
page references (Page-jump Hotspots)
Every time a page-jump hotspots is clicked an event is logged under the event action page references. If you select this action the event labels will show you what pages the hotspots referred to.
videos (Video Hotspots)
When you've added a Video hotspot that opens the video in a popup window, the user will have to active it by clicking on the hotspot first. These clicks are stored under the event action videos. The event labels logged refer to the video URL used to playback the video.
Also have a look at the event category video_played to find out how often the video actually got played.
Overview of hotspot activity
To get a quick overview of all hotspots in the Top Events report you can use the search field to look for hotspots after which you select Event action as the secondary dimension.
This is what the process and results look like:

- Report Product views by product name: When you are looking at the number of times product hotspots got clicked you probably also want to know what products have been exactly. Once you've selected products in the event category hotspots (with icons) you can select Page Title as the secondary dimension to see the product titles reported.
